Return Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
The Process

Log in to your account and select the items to return.

Pack & Ship
Use the provided shipping label to send the items back.

Refund
Receive your refund within 5-7 business days of arrival.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:
- Custom Designs: Since these are made unique for you, we cannot offer returns unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- Sale Items: Items purchased on "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.
- Underwear & Swimwear: Due to hygiene reasons.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, the fastest way to get it is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
